2. Returns & Refunds Due to the personalized nature of our customized products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the quality or a mistake in the customization made by our team (e.g., incorrect size, design, or personalization error).

3. Quality Issues or Errors If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the description or customization you selected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will:

4. Cancellations Once your custom order is in production, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the personalized nature of the item. 5. Exchange Policy Exchanges for customized items are not accepted. However, if you experience sizing issues or other concerns, please contact us, and we may assist in finding a solution, such as a discounted re-order with the correct specifications.

6. Non-Refundable Items Customized clothing items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or incorrect. Standard non-customized items (if applicable) may be eligible for return according to our general return policy.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on Products purchased from our website that do not require customization. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. Customized items are not returnable.
